Federal credit union stopped taking payment over the phone and they don’t accept debt card payments at office. This is so inconvenient in every way. I work many hours and barely have enough time to do what I have to at home. Let alone have to go out of the way to get cash and go to the credit union to pay for my loans.
Christopher and Sydney were a great help to me today. Have always had a great relationship with this bank and look forward to sticking with them.
