Wonderful people! So helpful and informative. I wish we bought our pool here. It would have saved a lot of work and had a better pool. We will be pool equipment and supply lifetime customers. Do yourself a favor and buy your pool here.

Huge shout out!!! Talk about customer service, they go above and beyond!! Stopped for chemicals and advice for opening our pool this year. As I have done since we’ve owned. It. Apparently left my wallet behind. Today as we were working on the pool we heard a lady yelling from our gate. As we walked over she explained that she was from the pool store and came to bring me my wallet. I cannot thank you enough for your great service and honesty. We love your store and cannot say enough good about it. You are the best.
The pool we bought had a very long warranty- it was an above ground saltwater pool. It lasted 9 years and the side blew out where it had rusted through. Apparently a ton of these pools were doing this. They are aware of the problem now and sell oxygen pools. Doesn’t matter though because the warranty is garbage. Now the same pool costs over 10k. No discounts for selling a system that didn’t last a 1/5 of what it should have.
Inground fiberglass Pool install in 2023. Worst experience ever!!! haunts me til this day!
