We have been customers for 6 years now. They did our install and help keep us maintained properly. They are always willing to help us when we need it. Fully stocked with all needed supplies. We have an oxygen pool and their wealth of knowledge regarding the oxygen system is second to none. We are so happy to have them local to us. We highly recommend them for all your pool needs.
We purchased a 6000 dollar pool,and after only 4 years it started rusting all the way around the bottom track of the pool so we had a couple of the holes fixed by a professional, the same man that came out and assembled it and he said he had not seen this before that it was unusual and there were tiny pin holes along the bottom track so our warranty was still good so we talked to them at US-1POOLS told everything she told us to not let anyone in the pool because it could collapse, for a while they wouldn't answer our calls o... read more
So we recently moved to Louisburg from Knightdale. We had a pool at our other house and we wanted a pool when we moved here. Thinking that we might not get a pool until next year (2025) we were told by our new neighbors to check out US-1 pools. So we called US-1 pools and actually had an appointment to see them in January (2024).
