I was searching for a shop that can professionally install an upgraded heat exchanger for my tuned Infiniti Q50S 3.0t. Out of all the shops, all the shops I was calling, these guys said they can work on Infiniti no problem. I provided my own BMS Heat Exchanger and they installed it in less than a day! Everyone there loves their job. Not a bad vibe found in that place. I recommend URW to everybody!!
I have taken my car to them only a handful of times, but I only have let 1 other shop touch my vehicle in 5 years since I moved to the area in 2017. That says a lot - recently they fixed a common engine issue my model had and while it took a bit longer than expected, they made sure to have it mechanically perfect before it came back to me. We did have a slight hiccup but Ed made sure to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. No shop is perfect, but it's about how they handle the issues of they arise.
