So I have been coming here for years!! I don't know why I have never rated it before maybe cause I didn't want anyone stealing my lash lady. Lol Miriam is fantastic she goes above and beyond to take care of her clients. Monica the owner is regularly checking in on customers regulars or not to make sure they are getting what they came in for. I have been to this parlour many times, but after repeated disappointing experiences, I have decided not to continue going here. While Kiran ji is truly skilled and does an excellent job with facials, the rest of the staff bring down the overall experience. The employees are often rude and unprofessional. They do not maintain proper records of appointments or services, and instead of addressing mistakes politely, they tend to show their frustration on customers.
