Thankfully, I haven't had to use plumbing services often and this was booked through Home Depot, but I was very satisfied with URV. They sent a map with technician's location prior to the time window. Roman arrived on the early side of the service window, which is great. He was very professional and I really appreciate that he used shoe covers before entering the house (without me asking). Needless to say, the job (garbage disposal replacement) itself was completed well.

I had them install 3 of my toilet which buy from Home Depot. They were send to me by Home Depot. I had to face many problems which i had complain to home depot why they send them to me. First of all they send me installer which no speak english so we were not able to communicate. Then at my old Toilet have Bidet Sprayer connected which separately connected to my toilet. Wow what great service on our new toilet installation from URV projects and especially excellent work from URV's plumber "Bair"!!! Bair was a craftsman. He did an excellent job installing the toilet. He worked quickly, efficiently, and in a tidy and clean matter. Thanks URV and Bair!!!
