It doesn't feel good to post a bad review but I'm not accepting this! When paying $290 for a head of foils you expect great service and friendly staff. My daughter's experience was far from this. Her hairdresser hardly spoke a word to her in 4 hours, brushed out her dry hair roughly without holding it, she painfully removed the foils, knocked her phone out of her hand twice and the two hairdressers that blow dried out her hair tugged and pulled on her hair roughly. Best salon! I had an Amazing experience with Cornelia she is a star! super friendly and loves to have a good laugh definitely was the most fun I’ve had in a salon! I walked out mind blown and amazed I am super happy with my hair and service will definitely be back!
Another great experience at U R Unique. I love this salon because I’m often a last minute appt due to work requirements & no matter who I see is trained the same, with the same high skill level and passion for the job. Certainly recommend.
