Great service and great quality
I chose Urunga Windows & Glass after contacting several local companies. They showed a keen interest in my project and were very helpful. Pricing was fair and the quality of their work is excellent. Highly recommended! Products purchased: Acid etched toughened side glass panels for entrance door & a custom semi-frameless shower screen.
I find it strange that some people have given bad reviews , I am a small time but regular customer for over ten years and have always found Danny and Melissa and staff fine to deal with , All jobs i've had done - windows , fly screens , security doors and a glass top for a 4 seater round table all done on time , good quality , fair price . Last job was for an urgent replacement of a glass sliding door panel , done the same day ! Satisfied customer here , surprised at bad reviews.
Customer service non existent, rude and over priced. I like to shop locally, but I am taking my business somewhere else. Not even worth 1 star.
Despite other comments on here we recently used Urunga Windows and Glass to replace some rollers in windows they installed over 30 years ago. They called to confirm the booking, turned up when they said they would be there, and Simon the technician was very professional and personable and did a great job.
