Went In for a new pull cord on my wipper snipper, was told it may need additional work , filters ect and asked how much I was willing to spend. I told them not over $140 as it was running ok before the pull cord broke, staff noted one of the filters may need replacing as it was quite dirty. I asked how much a filter costs, was told $10. Staff proceded to do up a job card, "customer willing to spend up to $140" Before leaving I was asked did I want to pay the $140 now or just $70 deposit, I paid the $70 deposit and left scrat... read more
