Do not hire this company for any reason. They over charge 3 times than anyone else. Please do not hire these people. URTZ HURTS YOUR WALLET AND TAKES YOU TO THE CLEANERS
I called because my furnace was out. They did come the same day. They bent the crap out of the door of the furnace. I could hear him on the phone downstairs, saying to get me to buy a furnace. He offered me a discount if I paid in cash for the furnace that day..... Shady... I ended up going with a reputable company, Collis, for a lower price and no shady deals.
They came to my house twice in two days. I paid $600 and my furnace still did not work. I called another furnace company and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Do not do business with Urtz service company
Urtz was fast in getting us scheduled. The tech was very polite and fixed the leak in our boiler that a different heating company missed. Their rate is very reasonable, a third of what the other company charged us. They also diagnosed the issues correctly and let us know what actually needed to be replaced (instead of just trying to sell us a new unit). We would recommend Urtz and will use them in the future.
