Called them to help with an emergency heating situation one of my tenants was having (after two other people couldn't figure out the issue). They showed up so quickly...ordered the replacement part, and replaced it as soon as it came in! Gave me prices right up front! Couldn't ask for better service! Thank you!
We l, at least they showed up. Cost us $130. They were supposed to order a part for our furnace. Haven't heard back. It's been 2 months.
Unprofessional, arrived an hour and a half late, broke a piece of the air conditioner he was inspecting, tried to sell us a furnace we don't need and threatened to shut our furnace off, charged $100 dls for an overpriced estimate, oh and spit all over our yard!
