Awful company. Demoralized and underpaid VAs. They don't understand how to do good business with westerners. If you have a client that is paying premium- YOU TAKE CARE OF THAT CLIENT. You dont get greedy and try to squeeze more and more and more money out of said client. You make the client happy, so they stay with you. Then when I fired them, they were hostile. I'd recommend they take management 101. This seems like it would be common sense.....
I worked with Urtasker 2 years ago. I hired them thinking they were the best option. The VAs literally do the most basic stuff and my deposit/payment was never returned to me. VA does minimum. Better to hire on upwork. I am surprised they have positive reviews.
1) Urtasker has a non-disparagement clause in its contract. 2) Urtasker makes employees give positive reviews. They also give clients discounts for leaving 5 star reviews. 3) Before hiring a resource at Urtasker, ask how much per hour the employee gets. 4) Might be a good idea to do some due diligence before committing.
Kiran my brand manager is highly intelligent and brings something to my brand that I cannot duplicate myself. Her strengths are my weaknesses so this is working out very well! Shakeel my representative I have worked with for over six months is beyond understanding and works with me so much more than I expected. He is very friendly and easy to get along with…. Btw I found this company after googling but for once google helped me so much! This team is making my dreams come true:) I feel it
