Careless, non helpful, lying staff, not supposed to be a medical office nor a business, should be closed or management changed if this is what corporate medical is (inhumane, disrespectful, rude Front desk and Provider (NP) who are not welcoming nor interested in helping patients): I was booked an appointment with Nurse Practionner Urszula Bednarska who as soon as she entered the exam room, did not even bother to look at me or say my name or welcome me with a smile. She failed to complete a chart review previously to entering the examination room. She assumed how I got sick, She thought she knew better when she was wrong all the way with the cause of illness, (tends to put words in my mouth). Lack of emphaty and professionalism, she did not spend more than 10mins with me, I do not recommend Urzula Bednasrka from OPTUM to anyone.
Ms. Urszula Bednarska This doctor is horrible my son went today 2/6/2023 because he hurt his back also he’s throat hurt she didn’t let him explain to her what was his symptoms and problems she was very rude to my son he had a very bad pain on his back she didn’t even send him for X-ray she didn’t even send him for therapy she only send him medication.
The only reason I've given this "medical provider" Urszula Bednarska APN one star is because 0 stars isn't an option. My mom hasn't been feeling well and I made an appt for her to be seen. Please believe the negative reviews this provider is getting, because I've witnessed it first hand. She wouldn't allow my mother to explain what was ailing her, kept cutting her off, was very dismissive and disregarded her pain by saying, "oh, I've experienced that, it's nothing".
