The doctors at this clinic are great and provide excellent care. However, the reception experience has really declined. There used to be kind and helpful staff at the front desk, but the newer team, especially Josephine, is very rude, judgmental and unprofessional. while waiting for my appointment, I personally witnessed her hang up on a patient and then mock them to her colleague for several minutes afterward. It’s disappointing and very inconsiderate, especially in a healthcare setting.
Dr. Wong is wonderful! She is thoughtful, patient and she gets things done.
Yesterday, I accompanied my mom to see her family doctor, Dr. Carl Kelly. She had always said what an excellent doctor he was, but I was able to see it for myself. Dr. Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. What truly sets him apart is his excellent bedside manner—calm, compassionate, and attentive. Thank you Dr. Kelly for the care you give to your patients.
Dr wong and staff are very efficient and courteous. I am happy to have her as my health care provider.
