Thank-you, thank-you and thank-you for the compassionate and competent care by both the Physician who attended to me and the front staff. After being fobbed off by a woman doctor at the New Pitt Meadows Clinic today, for the simple procedure of flushing my wax impacted ears, I desperately walked into Ursus Care Clinic, half expecting to not be seen.
