I had a great experience when I first went there in April. People were friendly and service seemed nice. I made a follow up appointment 3 months from that day and paid a deposit. Well life happened and I wasn’t able to get the service. I contacted them and tried to reschedule. I was told you can only reschedule up to 7 days . The receptionist lady is very rude in the way that she speaks to the customers. I came in for a consultation with one of the stylist, the stylist then directed me to the receptionist to book for my services needed. The day of my hair appointment she was trying to charge me more than the actual cost of the services she told me to book. I asked her why is it so much, she then proceed to go back and forth with me (in a very snotty and sarcastic tone) as she did not want to accommodate me for their mistakes. I have gone here multiple times with one visit being $500+ for a silk press and micro links (4 rows) they do hair well (at least from the one stylist I tried) but the staff is extremely rude and snobby . I’m not sure who I spoke to on the phone but she is very rude by hanging up without letting the person finish speaking! The receptionist needs some manners and more respect!
Updating my review after a year! Been coming back to this salon because of my love and loyalty to my stylist- ShaTori! I’ve noticed drastic improvements in the customer service and a vibrant front desk lady that’s very welcoming! Would highly recommend! Got a Bob silk press recently by ShaTori and it’s everything!!! 🥹🥰. Literally obsessed!
