I made the big mistake of purchasing a Jeep Renegade from Urse recently and I will never do that again and I would advise against it to anyone else. They are greedy theives and they use high pressure sales tactics. There are so many other places to go customers don’t have to put up with that.

Poor customer service don't return phone calls when inquireing about a vehicle thats being serviced.while my vehicle was being serviced offered me a rental car at my expence no loaners even though my vehicle is under warranty not helpfull at all just worried about there payment and nothing else won't buy or reffer my worste enemy to them.
