UROSPOT. A total waste of my time. Because I am not officially cancer free I cannot use the technology. This should have been a question on the intake form so that I could have known from the outset that I wasn’t a suitable candidate Rather I wasted 2.5 hours of my time (and your staff time) when it could have been resolved with a two minute phone call. I am not impressed
This experience has been a God sent. I was experiencing a bit of leaking and urgency. Urospot has help me gain that control back again. The staff was so professional and treated you like family. I was so comfortable to discuss my most intimate and embarrassing experience with them. I felt no judgement because they made the environment safe space to speak about my experience and situation.
