I found the staff and educational videos very professional and informative. I took the physio route and she was knowledgeable and helpful. But, the Urospot treatment did not work for me. I would highly recommend seeing a hands-on pelvic floor physio before you try Urospot to determine what the underlying cause of your incontinence is to make sure this approach is right for you.
These ladies know there stuff and every girl and woman needs to know about pelvic floor health
