I’ve just finished my six sessions. I’ve noticed a change and looking forward forward to the next six weeks for my pelvic floor to strengthen even more. The entire staff was so kind, helpful, friendly and very thorough. I learned a lot from the videos. This experience has given me the hope of travelling, shopping, seeing shows etc without the worry of “dashing” to the ladies room. Kudos to UROSpot.
