I felt so welcomed walking into Urospot and being greeted by the ladies at front desk, in this beautifully decorated cozy little gem that I’m so happy I found. While I have yet to start my treatment my first impressions are very positive. The nurse and trainee who did my initial assessment could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. I look forward to working the Urospot.
Hi there: Urospot responded to my review below, but did not address my main concern, which is what I wrote about weak vs. tight pelvic floor muscles. It would be nice to see some proof, or at least evidence, of the procedure's 95% success rate. There are a number of issues that involve the roughly 7 pelvic floor muscles. Mine is overactive bladder. Urospot Emsella Chair (throne) treatment did not work for me after 6 tries plus a bonus 3 free treatments. Over $2000 paid. I consulted their physiotherapist three times as part of the treatment. These were virtual, which means she didn't do an internal examination. What the heck is that, you ask? For men this means the physiotherapist inserts their finger into the anus and probes around to feel the pelvic floor muscles ... read more
I met with Karen for my intake appointment. She was punctual, very pleasant but most of all so knowledgable. She pinpointed my issues clearly, almost without me having to relay them to her in detail, she was the ultimate professional and put me very much at ease for my procedure.
