Very helpful and honest
Expensive physio with little results. Check with your insurance and Health Spending Account before committing to the treatment. Unlike what they say during the "free consultation," it probably won't be covered. My fault for not looking into it myself and I found out the hard way. I was told by the manager, after the claim was denied, that they have nothing to do with Health Spending Accounts and she couldn't help me. The staff are super friendly and willing to answer any questions.
I went in for a consult. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to any questions that I had. The RN that did the consult was professional and thorough while covering the topics very well. When I did have questions, she answered them immediately and made it very clear what the procedure would be. Overall, it was a very good experience. Thank you and looking forward to starting my treatment.
