I have been a patient of Dr. Zrnic for over 10 years. In that time he has never once failed me and helped me many times.
He's always at least 10 minutes late, ends the session early, talks the entire session, and doesn't listen to your issues, even if they're clearly an emergency. I was with him for years hoping for a change. It never came. His assistant also intercepts his emails, even if they're labeled specifically for him. I have many stories of bad experiences with this doctor, too many to put here.
