Relative had to come all the way up here to have his stent and kidney stone removed. 1. They called us to come in 2 hours early because they were ahead of schedule, great ok we did. 2. The doctor was 2-1/2 hours late. 3. He already had a midline in which they would not use, they poked him 4 times to put another iv in. 4. We have been trying to call the doctor for follow up for the kidney stone pathology tests, no answer for over a month, still trying. 5. Can not get the medical records because no one responds.
Front desk staff is lacking professionalism and respect. There is no communication between them and nurses. Horrible experience.
I have had two procedures there and each time everything was flawless! From the time we were greeted at the front desk, to the anesthesia, surgery and recovery team relieved all of my anxiety with quick recovery.
