Great care and support
Dr Koopman had excellent bedside manner, very patient and answered all my questions.
Deceitful practice. Insurance is not covering services provided by this practice. No one at this practice informed me that my insurance would not cover what I needed, and Dr Merrick said he can’t even treat what I need (even though I expressed what I needed during intake). Any time I’ve called billing no one picks up the phone or hangs up on me. I am filing complaints with the Illinois Attorney General Healthcare Bureau until this is resolved.
