Every time I have appointment with Uropatners, I had over 1 hr wait time . This is unexpected. They told me everyone, there are shortage of staff. Why they do not call and reschedule or make less appointments. Ridiculous service from the patients Kal C.
Hi, so I am happy to say I WAS a patient of Dr Chevalier, Uropartners, who I thought I was invested in my health. I was wrong. So, my needs for a urolgist, is due to a secondary condition. My nueolgist, who literally is across the street from Uropartners, said see Dr Chevalier. I thought this is very doable, easy, Dr on either side of tge street....GOLDMINE!!! I wish I could rate 0 star! Front office staff is a mess, rude, incompetent! Pros of Dr. Trackman: He was kind. Cons: Upselling vitamins for chronic medical needs. They charged me 100 for a collection. Urgent care and gyno charges 50. His front office staff super incompetent, unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate on MULTIPLE occasions.
