Hi, so I am happy to say I WAS a patient of Dr Chevalier, Uropartners, who I thought I was invested in my health. I was wrong. So, my needs for a urolgist, is due to a secondary condition. My nueolgist, who literally is across the street from Uropartners, said see Dr Chevalier. I thought this is very doable, easy, Dr on either side of tge street....GOLDMINE!!! I wish I could rate 0 star! Front office staff is a mess, rude, incompetent! Pros of Dr. Trackman: He was kind. Cons: Upselling vitamins for chronic medical needs. They charged me 100 for a collection. Urgent care and gyno charges 50. His front office staff super incompetent, unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate on MULTIPLE occasions. Always put on hold when calling. I had to call 6 times to try to get through to cancel follow up appointment. While in office girls are chatting with one another about shopping and lunch... read more
