I don’t know if they need additional training, if they need to work with different companies or what, but I have been back-and-forth with this company to cancel my medical benefits, for over a month since leaving the job I had the benefits through. I have never had to do that when I leave a job, it always automatically ends either my last day or the end of the month. I AM LIVID You will not get one cent from me. This company is HORRIBLE!
I personally found the Medicare enrollment process, particularly the choice between standard Medicare and a Medicare Advantage plan to be confusing and opaque. InsureOne was very approachable and helpful and I came away with a choice I under and in which Inhad confidence. I go back to them every year.
Always professional and knowledgeable. Always provides all options and makes you feel confident in your final decision. Glad to have them available and looking out for me.
