Administration processes are ineffective and not risk-based. I have found staff to be rude and/or passive aggressive but perhaps that’s due to rigid administration processes which don’t allow them to be solutions- and risk-focused, leading to frustrated patients whom they have to deal with. I cannot recommend Dr. Samuel Davies enough.
I recently had a left pyeloscopy with laser lithotripsy and stent insertion performed by Dr Jodi Hirst at Mater Private Hospital, and I’m genuinely pleased with the overall experience. From the initial consultation through to the day of the procedure, Dr Hirst was attentive, informative, and reassuring. One of the loveliest Specialist’s my husband and I have seen. Dr Jodi was absolutely so thorough and took time to get to know you and really understand your issues. She addresses every concern and explains everything in detail. Very easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
