I called to get an appointment for a second opinion for my father and they were too busy to pick up so my call was rerouted to a call center which I did not have a problem with at first. The call center person asked for too much private information which I was not comfortable giving to a call center person so I asked for someone from the Urology Wellness Centre to call me and I would be happy to give that person the information they needed. She became very rude and then hung up on me. Wow, simply amazing!
