I wasn’t able to speak to a customer service team member, even after waiting almost an hour on hold. I’ve tried calling them before and never could get through.

Do not go here. While the clinicians seem competent, the surrounding staff are not. It is impossible to schedule surgical procedures as the surgery scheduler will call you ONCE and then ignore your return phone calls; you will NEVER reach them by phone. Clinicians and staff do not respond to online messages in a timely or relevant fashion. This practice borders on negligent and should be reformed.

I called 3 months ago to make an appointment for my elderly mother. I made the appointment for 10:30am because her mobility is challenged, especially in the morning. So I CALLED yesterday to confirm my appointment and spoke with a younger gal that was not very kind and rushed me off the call. She told me the name of the practitioner my mom was going to see and confirmed the appointment for 10:30 AM. This morning, my sister and my mom arrived 30 minutes early for the appointment.
