I have never had a worse doctor office experience. Dr. Kotkin came into the office with an attitude. Belittled me for not bringing a physical copy of my ct scan from an er visit, even though I brought the typed up report. Spoke with me for less than ten minutes about how I need to be a responsible adult and should have know to bring a copy of the physical report when I was in the ER less than 48 hours ago, so no medical record dept would have been able to get me a copy of this by the time I met with him for an "emergency out... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Kotkin’s for over 5 years now. I began seeing him in his Boston office and now see him in the Brighton office. Both very neat and clean with a kind and caring staff. Dr. K has always been super thorough and has never made me feel rushed. I travel From Rochester, MA (an hour drive) just to get his expert care.
My husband is very new to this services and was little worried to go there in January 2020th. And after meeting Dr. Kotkin and his caring staff, my husband felt comfortable and well taking care of. We are very pleased with the Doctor's knowledge and giving us a good explanation on my husbands health issue without any rush. We are very happy with Dr's. Kotkin service, thank you!
