Had a wonderful experience last year. The staff were extremely patient and helpful. The doctor who saw me (unfortunately I forgot his name) knew what he was talking about and ordered me in for a CT scan immediately. Nothing bad ever came back thankfully but it's still nice to have a doctor take what you have to say into consideration and order one just to be careful. I have been a patient of Dr Green for 7-8 years and am extremely pleased with him and the entire office. I see him twice a year for follow up appointments and always walk away feeling fully educated , informed and well treated . I have had a number of procedures performed by him about which I was quite confident in his care for me and felt well prepared by him about the goal and expectations surrounding the procedures. Very disappointed with this place Dr Akary originally put me on restrictions of not being able to lift certain amount of weight when this all started and work wasn’t able accommodate me, so told me to apply for disability so I did but it required paper work to be filled out by Dr Akary. For over a month I attempted to get his office to fill out and fax in. Even called and talked to his nurse who was extremely rude said they had other patients to take care of and hung up on me. Not sure where to start. I have been going here for So many years and I should have known better to end the relationship with this place. When you call this clinic , they treat you like a number, no compassion, I have been getting the same Prescription for 3year. They refuse to refill without an explanation. The staff makes it difficult to get a simple prescription . They want you to come pay them more money. Dr. Akary does not return calls or follows up with my request. Called to possibly set up an appointment and they lady who answered the phone was SO RUDE. She seemed like she was incredibly frustrated that I called. So strange, but with that attitude I would never consider going in for anything
