I feel very disappointed as a patient expecting to be seen by a urology specialist at my first visit and receive answers about my health concerns, and the person seeing me is a PA who may be the most qualified, but far from helping me, left me more worried because, according to her, my urology problems are not causing pain in my lower back that I have had for more than 5 days, and that I should look for a solution elsewhere. Service is good as all take care of your needs as patient the doctors and assistance offer excellent services listen you and check and explain you all medical concerns related
They gave me an appt at 1130am then they called saying to show up before 1030 and it was 1st come 1st served. This is ridiculous and an abuse to patients who may have problems sitting for this long. This should not be acceptable for any medical profession. Unprofessional and disrespectful.
