Dr. Michael Szostak has been my urologist since 2008. Staff is courteous. Wait time is 15 minutes if you have an appointment when they open at 9 am. Dr. Szostak is a very knowledgeable doctor. He travels to third world countries and performs some operations. He also teaches urology.

Saw Dr. Hubsher. Conservative but thorough service. Did everything to avoid surgery and was able to treat without it. Very happy. Office followed up nicely as well.

Had an optional biopsy procedure where the billing dept was explicitly asked the cost out-of-pocket and was told I was responsible for only a $60 co-pay. One month later I receive a bill for $670 and told they made a mistake and have done NOTHING to take responsibility for their mistake. I grudgingly paid the pathology bill of $553 but spoke with the Doctor during a recent visit to indicate the remainder of the bill should be on them and he agreed, making a phone call to supposedly clear things up.
