Don't return phone calls. Don't care when patient calls to provide alarming lab result by another doctor who specifically said "I would recommend you reach out to your urologist regarding your _____ levels". Don't respond to pharmacies' request for refill of a medication (has now been 8 days since pharmacy faxed request). Just super disappointed in this practice and this isn't the first time I have had these issues.
