So far I was treated nice by all members. The lady who draws blood was not very social but she did her job nicely. The Dr. Called me the next day with my numbers and scheduled for MRI.
Dr Casey and his scheduling staff must be very busy. I have tried multiple times and multiple days to get a CT scan rescheduled with no luck. Instead I get “she’s on the other line” or “she’ll return your call”. When “she” returns call, the rat race begins all over! Very frustrating !
Most disrespectful staff I have encountered. I called to check on a referral she told me she couldn’t pull the record with my name or dob at all even though I never gave it to her? I tried to book an appointment twice and she hung up in my face while laughing at me. Some people do not deserve to work in the healthcare field and should find better things to do. Didn’t even make it to my first appointment without being disrespected.
Dr Robinson was amazing for my procedure. He put my wife and my worries to ease. We had the procedure on Friday and couldn’t be more thankful. As a retired veteran, it is a great feeling to receive such great service.
