Dr . Quillen is great ! She’s always been so caring and so nice both in the hospital and in the office! Everyone has always been so kind to me from start to finish of my appointment! Great Dr great staff!!!
Neatly 2 1/2 weeks since my Primary Dr referred me to this clinic and no call from them for an appointment. I called my primary Dr back for a different clinic referral and they obliged. No excuse. They don’t care about patients and I am glad quite frankly I went somewhere else. I should have read the reviews that add up to their miserable 3.1 rating. When your life is possibly at stake you can’t afford uncaring and inept Drs and staff. Inexcusable.
Knoxville GP directed my husband here because we reside in Maryville. Awful staff but on top of it BlueCrossBlueShield rep called him to let him know he was 'grossly overcharged'.Even they suggested he not pay the rest and report them to State of TN.Sketchy.
Can’t get an appointment without a referral. A racket and ripoff
Just had the extreme misfortune of talking with receptionist Kim B. Literally and without exaggeration the WORST receptionist I've spoken with in my life. Simply called in to reschedule my appointment and she was terrible from the get go. She spoke gruffly and acted like I was a massive inconvenience. Kept having me repeat my name and date of birth ,(five times) and then got upset and interrupted me when trying to correct her.
