Main supervisor was very unprofessional!Her name is something with an A, made smart comments with not resolution. The medical assistants and one manger helped me solve my problem. I would never return to this location! Something needs to change because that was unacceptable!
Not a good experience. First they send you to 4 different floors to find the doctor (urology seems to be on every single floor at 5 East 98th St?). Sharing only upon arrival that they didn't take my insurance. I had scheduled a general consultation and being asked at reception whether I had kidney stones. If I knew that I wouldn't be there to see a doctor!
