Urology San Antonio is the best urology Clinic I have been a patient at. My physician,Dr. Kasey Cockerill, has been very professional, courteous and successly addressed a major issue as well as another minor issue I had been experiencing. As for the facility, they have courteous reception clerks, plenty of parking, and handicapped parking slots, a canopied drop off point near the elevator you take to the 2nd floor.
Dr. Cockerill always takes time to help you understand current diagnoses and treatments. He and his team are great at followup on how you're doing. He is highly recommended
The team was excellent! A problem arose and after alerting a staff member, the problem was quickly resolved. Great to have a responsive staff that truly cares about your experience.
Services at the location are very convenient and professional. Getting anything done over the phone is a nightmare. I have a problem getting prescriptions filled and constantly have pharmacies reach out to me because they cannot get anything done with the staff on the phone.
Real professional, makes you feel at ease. Very thorough.
