Dr Cockerill is a good doctor. But, the most important factor in choosing a doctor is COMMUNICATION. It is impossible to get a live person on the telephone at the New Braunfels location. The patient is forced to leave a message; The doctor's office doesn't call back in a timely manner- if at all. Not having the ability to communicate with one's doctors office causes the patient to feel that the doctor doesn't care about patient issues or concerns. This causes undue stress for the patient.
