I will start this with I am absolutely happy with my doctor, Dr. Cockerill!! HOWEVER, God forbid you ever have an emergency post op, because you are in your own. I have called TWICE this week stating I had an emergency and received no call back. I finally got an appointment with the NP Ida, how she got her degree is beyond me. I told her I am in excruciating pain post op and my urine sample was red from blood in my urine. She told me. Doctor Kathryn Cockerill and her staff at the New Braunfels Urology SA location are amazing. Dr Cockerill listens, asks great questions, and even caught a possible medication interaction. I really appreciate the detailed approach and care I received.
I always feel that I'm in good hands as soon as I walk in the door & during & after my appointment has concluded. I feel well cared for with the entire staff!
