Your office lady named Gina can't tend to your patients. She was on a personal call when we are trying to set up appointments. We come every month for a catheter change for the past 2years. And it was around 10:15 am. Do yall give breaks to employees so they can handle personal matters/calls? We never had a problem till now. Dr. Russell is a highly competent urologist. I am fortunate to being referred to him for urinary issues. He is thorough, approachable, and patient to provide answers to your concerns. He monitors the progress of his diagnosis and recommendations.
I have nothing but positive impressions regarding my experiences at Urology San Antonio (Mission Trail). Dr. Jose De La Cerda and his staff are professional and competent. Scheduling, office visits, follow-ups, are all handled in a very satisfying manner. In addition, the lobby, exam rooms, and restrooms are always neat and clean, which definitely makes a visit to ones' doctor's office more "tolerable" :-)
The office is very clean Staff very friendly and knowledgeable appts are always on time short wait Dr. PA and nurses very sweet and always there to help and they don’t rush you.
