I was admitted by an ER physician at Methodist Hospital in Henderson for a kidney infection. Dr Fellows took my case in the middle of the night and over the phone and insured my comfort throughout the night until he was able to visit me the next morning. He went above and beyond to not onlt keep me informed and keep me comfortable, but also to get me discharged as quickly as possible. We were very lucky to have Dr Fellows in our corner through this.

This rating is not for James Fellows, he is an amazing doctor who has helped us pass 3 (very painful) kidney stones. However, his office staff is slow, unfriendly and unprofessional.

I had called them at 10 a.m. and asked if they could give me a note. They then told me that I had to be seen in order to get a note, but I can get my records if I go there and sign for them. Well, that's fine, but when I went there I got there at like 1 p.m. they were on lunch and closed. So I came back at 3:30 p.m. and they were still closed. Even though on there door it states it closes at 4:30 p.m.
