My Dad was referred here due to having to use the restroom every 1.5 hrs.. The schedulers at the Bradenton office (esp. Melba and Alex, Sup.) are the absolute worst. His TURP surgery was rescheduled 3x over a month & a 1/2 period (which he SUFFERED through)... The 3rd time, it was cancelled by the doctor (who blamed the hospital for cancelling) at 7:30pm the night before. The hospital said THEY didn't cancel?!. I have to tell you about this unbelievable situation that occurred twice with regard to two scheduled phone conferences pursuant to two surgical procedures my husband underwent. I need to make clear that Dr. Herrman is a good doctor and good urologist. But here is what happened. Both times. On the day before the first scheduled appointment by phone, an email and text directed me to check in and pre-register for the appointment(s). I did so. Worst run practice I've ever encountered. Your time is worth nothing. There are not enough people to run the place, so if you call you go into phone tree hell. Obviously someone is making lots of money: they make no investment in adequate patient care.
