Disappointed with the nurse. When done with looking inside of my bladder and wanted me to sit up, she use the machine to help me get up but my back is hurt I asked the nurse to help me to get up before continue use the machine to get me up and she doing nothing to help me up. I had to scream to say stop I don't want to have my back hurts.
The doctor seem to be good so far but trying to get a refill on a perscription is very difficult. there website wont let you send them a message so you have to call. There nursing station doesnt answer the phone so you have to leave a message and they will call you back. you sit for hours waiting . I missed a call now I am on day 2 waiting again.
The appointment was at 11:50am and now it’s 12:40... so disappointed how slow they run this place. I’m at the urology one in Green btw. They closed down the one in Akron, and now I have to travel 20 minutes to wait almost an hour to be seen. The wait time is horrible. Last appointment, I had to reschedule the appointment because there was a lot of people waiting to be seen and the doctor was in an emergency surgery so he was running late & the secretary didn’t know how long it would be. Honestly, I might reconsider another u... read more
