I hope they monitor calls. Kennedy (customer service rep) has the worse attitude. She made pout sounds and her tone was just horrible. She acted as if I bothered her. Like lady be happy to have a job.

I underwent my second cancer treatment with urology at Michigan Medicine, and Dr Weizer saved my life and nerve sparing was a success. I had to do it during the start of covid Mar 17 2020. The hospital was very empty wich was awesome, I bet staff didn't mind
