Dr. Igor's staff is so rude & disgusting, first I came with my Dad they waited me there alot & then so rudely said oh we are not accepting this insurance, they are so stupid

I would like to thank Dr. Sergeyev for the professional and caring attitude. The appointment was comfortable, and the doctor explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I felt respected and well taken care during the visit. The treatment was helpful, and I can definitely recommend this specialist to others.

The doctor is good, Front desk very bad service very. Appointment always late. Ridiculous. Waiting 1-2 hours for 20 min test,making appointment for what? The lady in the front desk very rude, not helpful at all. Make appointment for result, I said I need in time because I have a kid, she said I don’t know how long you have to wait. Very bad service.
