This office demonstrates a complete disregard for patients. Having an appointment is meaningless here—we waited several hours with no communication, explanation, or apology. The Asian girl seating on the back was shockingly unprofessional, openly rude, raised her voice, and spoke to patients with disrespect. The waiting time is horrible be prepared to sit in the waiting room more than 2 hours also they have serious issues with front desk very unprofessional
