DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Review from fellow physician. Extremely unprofessional, rude and incompetent office staff and “Doctor”. My father had an appointment here today, and speaks limited English. At the last 2 appointments they sent him home without any discharge instructions, and performed a procedure. We had an excellent experience with this urologist. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The doctor took the time to listen carefully to our family’s concerns, explained everything in a clear and reassuring way, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. I had an appointment scheduled for March 25, 2026 at 2:45 PM and arrived early expecting to be seen reasonably close to my appointment time. Instead, I was not seen by Dr. Sergeyev until 4:05 PM, which was an excessive delay with no meaningful explanation. My experience with the office staff was also inappropriate and unprofessional. Staff members made fun of my last name, which was disrespectful and unacceptable in any medical setting. There was also a serious issue regarding billing.
