I do not recommend this place if you are able to go somewhere else do yourself a favor and do it right now. Deceiving staff, called multiple times, trying to get in touch with the office manager with no luck. They will do anything and everything to reroute your call and to prevent you from reaching anyone in that office. Extremely lazy people will not follow up on your appointments procedures. Terrible call line customer service unless in person they are nice when walking in but whoever is on the call backs literally doesn't even let it ring it literally shows up for a mili second then hangs up as I'm answering or after waiting forever on the phone I get put on hold again just to be told I'll be called back is crazy
Mega practice with not enough time to get in touch with patients on a timely manner. Jas tests sone early in week. No call bac Had to go to Er to het tests and results k.
Once again, a scheduling problem. I called to confirm my appointment today only to be told it had been rescheduled without notifying me. I have now been rescheduled or found not on the books three appointments in a row. I cannot speak to the quality of care provided because I can’t get any care to evaluate.
