Great doc. The best. Front office staff snarky at best, rude at worst. They should all be let go. They make an already troubling experience very much more negative. Bad attitudes toward patients totally unnecessary. Words can not express my dissatisfaction. How bad is it? Will consider looking for another doc.
I went to Dr. Keetch and he told me, "there is nothing I can do for you." Thank God I went to another urologist that did not respond this way and he was able to determine what was wrong and implemented a treatment plan. My symptoms did not fit into a box and Dr. Keetch decided he could not help me. Unacceptable. I do not recommend Dr. Keetch based on my negative experience with him.
