The entire staff was fantastic. They scheduled an appointment for me the next day, even though l am a new patient. I have a medical history with my kidney on left and was having problems. I never dreamed that I would get in the very next day, but my issue was something that couldn't wait very long. Does anyone speak Spanish?
I have being seeing Dr Strope for about 5 years. Have always had great care. Not very long waits and always seems to take as much time as you need to treat and explain things. Would definitely recommend. I have seen several from this group when hospitalized and have an awesome treatment.
The practice itself is good but terrible billing department means I can't recommend this place. The first payment I sent to them took over a month to update on their end. The second payment I sent was never credited and they sent my account to collections for their failure. Go somewhere else if you value your sanity.
I found the process of getting an appointment and of receiving care easy to achieve!!
