I love Dr. Zaid. But, I cannot stand the phone system. You cannot call the office directly. Also, when you are going to have a procedure, the form they give you with instructions is horrible! It’s been reprinted so many times that it’s tilted on the paper. So unprofessional. And every time I go, the staff at the front is talking very loud about personal issues. The office manager needs to make major changes to how they act and their procedures.
Not a great place!! There’s nothing wrong with me showing up somewhere to try to figure out what the excruciating pain is in upper quadrant. My bladder is no longer filling. I wake up and have to wait five hours to pee. I’m peeing on myself for them not to do an ultrasound and neglect me they’re gonna pay for it. God don’t like ugly. Dr. Bullock is always kind and helpful. This is a huge plus in this age of detached and impersonal connection. The staff and nurses are also great. It makes going to the doctor much more palatable.
