Kim was very knowledgeable and I had no issues with my blood draw.
Molly was professional and friendly, not condescending or standoffish, and the results were reported to me in a short time. She took the time in office to answer my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. My issue was resolved quickly so I don’t have follow-up info. She did, however, make sure that I knew I could call the office if I have any trouble or questions in the future.
Everyone I encountered from beginning to end was friendly, thorough, and helpful.
