Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been waiting over three months just to get a vasectomy consultation scheduled, and now—after all that time—I get a call pushing it back another two months. At that point, it’s hard not to question how a system this large can be so backlogged. Long waits are one thing, but rescheduling patients after months of waiting with no real solution is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking at other providers if you don’t want to deal with excessive delays and poor scheduling.

We started off with Dr Tucker who is an amazing Dr and truly outstanding. Always an outstanding experience with him. Since his departure, my husband has been under the care of Dr. Harpster and his nurse Erica Smith. Both Dr. Harpster and Erica have made the transition seamless and not to mention their outstanding care and professionalism. My husband required surgery and has had some small bumps in the road and Dr. Harpster and Erica have been totally responsive and in control!
