They are horrible people
I have been a patient at this practice, starting with Dr. Knight and presently with Dr. Prudencio or a PA not sure which. I have given up after 4 attempts at getting an appointment with the Doctor. I don't think it's asking to much to see him when it's your only,hopefully visit a year. At one time I would have given 5 stars but 20+ years into it I don't want a PA's opinion.
Poor communication with patients. Dr Tucker was Ok but never got to see him after he performed a procedure on me. I was assigned a PA then who didn't seem to have the knowledge or ability to provide me with further help. New Doctor told me a medicine I had been taking in which the PA doubled the dose had no use for my problem. Not a very good experience. Now Dr Tucker has left UPMC
We are very impressed with Dr.Tucker. He takes time to explain in layman terms health issues and concerns. When you have questions he goes above & beyond to provide answers. An extremely caring doctor. We highly recommend Dr. Tucker.
