I tried to contact the urologist I got no response. I tried to go on the website to leave a message. Nothing I called the number listed on the website and the mailbox was unattended or if you tried other options they just took you down a rabbit hole. I had an appointment. I was trying to get clarification or maybe I would have to cancel because I couldn’t afford the copayment. So a disappointed and I won’t be able to make my appointment which is on July 7, which is tomorrow

After 20+ years with this practice, our family has experienced an extremely disappointing decline in care and administration — to the point where it became impossible for my 85-year-old grandmother to receive the level of care she deserves. Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been waiting over three months just to get a vasectomy consultation scheduled, and now—after all that time—I get a call pushing it back another two months. At that point, it’s hard not to question how a system this large can be so backlogged. Long waits are one thing, but rescheduling patients after months of waiting with no real solution is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking at other providers if you don’t want to deal with excessive delays and poor scheduling.
