They are horrible people
I have been a patient at this practice, starting with Dr. Knight and presently with Dr. Prudencio or a PA not sure which. I have given up after 4 attempts at getting an appointment with the Doctor. I don't think it's asking to much to see him when it's your only,hopefully visit a year. At one time I would have given 5 stars but 20+ years into it I don't want a PA's opinion.
Robbyn was not the nicest person. I don't understand why people get into healthcare if you don't want to help people. I was in the office maybe 5 minutes total. Blood in my urine. Still. But I was dismissed, I'm assuming because I'm only 40, not 70. But yet I have every symptom of bladder cancer. I had to beg to get the CT scan ordered. So now the results will be sent to her. Yay!! I'm already past 2 weeks waiting on CT scan results. When I message to ask about my results, I was told to go to my PCP. That's comical. Why? To ... read more
I didn’t even end up with an appointment because the woman, Danielle, who answers the phone was so rude and unhelpful. She seemed put-out from the moment she answered the phone, claimed they never got my referral (I had confirmed with my pcp that they did), and then told me their soonest availability was “August or October” and then told me my issue was “not an emergency.” If that’s just the first impression, I’ll find another provider….thanks…
Shittiest service ever I'd give it 0 stars if I could, cannot even call you back for follow up appts.
