They don't return phone calls for weeks. The staff doesn't seem to care. Twice my doctor had no clue why I was there until I told him.
I appreciate that Jeremy Reichert didn’t just jump to prescribe medicine to treat the problem, but he was dismissive of something without doing any tests; after having tests done by a different doctor, turns out he shouldn’t have dismissed my concerns. My appointment time was kept to the minute with no delay. Also nice is a coffee shop with a creative menu in the first floor lobby.
At first, I had a 1 star experience with this group and one of the PAs there, but after scheduling to see Corrina (a different PA), I would now rate my experience as 5 star!
Doctor Hald is knowledgeable and very good about explaining what's happening in layman's terms. That's the good news. The bad news is that once he's done talking to you, you are in the hands of the rest of this office, which is an abysmal experience. They are unable to get x-rays or blood work ordered. They send the wrong test requests, then are impossible for the staff at Renown to reach to get clarification.
